PASTORES (shepards) is an enterprise of Ganados del Valle, a community based, non-profit economic development corporation based in Los Ojos, New Mexico.Their mission is to demonstrate how land based rual development can develop sustainable economies by creating enterprises which add value to agricultural, cultural,and natural resources.
